A Poem by C.J.G.
"

Isn't love just a bunch of cliches?

"

He walks with grace and serenity,

He speaks with eloquences that trumps all,

He sees with eyes of the deepest blue oceans,

And listens as if it’s the last time he’ll hear my voice.

He touches with fingers of feathers,

He laughs with a smile worth gold,

He dreams tangled fairytales that rival disney’s,

And his vast wishes could save our world.

He lives every moment as if it’s our last,

But most importantly,

He loves with more heart than he owns

And with more passion than our world knows.

Hard to avoid these cliches sometimes. I laughed when I read this. I've been guilty sometimes in my writing of using them. Thanks I enjoyed this write.

This is wonderful :) I basically agree with Ashley Beth and Serah's reviews.... :)
You may want to do a little quick editing on lines two and four. Just little stuff like subject-verb agreement and the spelling of "hear" :) Other than that, it was perfect...excellent poem! :)

The lines fell together and create a poem. Each statement is strong and can tell a story. A excellent poem. Thank you.

. beautifully written ... well ... it's not just a bunch of cliches ... but it sure seems like a bunch of cliches ... till we actually meet it and get to know it better ... :) ...

this is a cute poem... and i love the way you've done all the cliches, but it doesn't make the poem cheap, i think it adds to it... good job! :D
