Pressuring the Sakura

Pressuring the Sakura

A Poem by Chloe
"

A poem about adding so much to yourself in an attempt to make yourself more beautiful, all it actually does is breaks who you actually are.

"
Tall sakura tree
Overwhelmed with pink blossoms
Bends under pressure

Author's Note

Chloe
The sakura tree thinks its blossoms are really pretty, which is true. But it keeps wanting more and more beautiful blossoms, but it weighs it down and breaks the branches, which makes it less beautiful, so it in turn grows more, which breaks it, and the cycle goes on and on until it is a shell of its former lovely self. Hope you enjoy!
