I cry because I know ~ I’m hollow...

I cry because I know ~ I’m incomplete...

I cry because I know ~ I’m alone...

Oh Sweet Captain ! How tender is your soul, and I see hands reaching out as I read this...How we all can relate to this piece...desperation, thinking we are alone..
but Sweet Captain..
theses words are proof..
the author is not hollow
but rich & a deep thinker
not incomplete
but perhaps..fearful of the unknowns of life
most of all
that feeling of alone
is when only God's arms
are tightly embracing in that moment...

Simplicity in your words..but great meaning within your thoughts.. ( ;

Many tears have been shed because of loneliness and a sense that we were shipped with a puzzle piece missing. Some of us begin the search for that piece early, some start late. In that same vein, some find the journey is easy and over quickly, others go through many troubles and possible pieces that don't quite fit before locating the right one. Still, and most sadly, some never manage to find their missing puzzle piece.

This was an emotional read for me. It spoke to me, for I felt the struggle. My mind has said similar words to these in the dark hours of my life.

I wish you luck in finding your missing piece, whether it be a person, a place, or a calling.
