And Then It Reminds Me

And Then It Reminds Me

A Poem by CL

This was a poem I wrote while on the porch gazing at a sunset that had two colorful mushroom looking clouds in it. This was harder for me to write, because normally I don't write things other than emo

Two mushrooms-
atop the dissipating clouds;
While conjoining the sunset-
The colors ensued serenity,
Even among the crowds.

A bad habit-
But a moment I wont forget.
I soak in as the sundrops -

The ember of my cigarette.

One slightly tilted vision,
Shrouds previous indecision-
And then it reminds me;
I now begin to listen.
