Can so relate to this Chris. I grew up in an area where an invisible street boundary lay, separating us havenots from the haves. That's where all the posh birds came from, just like swans. They loved us bad boys. Ah, happy days

Ah your 'swan song' writ large in a nice haiku Chris. I can see those royal creatures floating upon the calm waters on a summer's day
