Savoir Faire

Savoir Faire

A Poem by Chris Shaw

the sun on lakeside water
gleams on surface glass
you can not fail to notice
that light can smother dark
it sparkles and it spangles
and here is where i’ll stay
till every drop of golden
has rinsed all doubts away

And this poem rinsed away the hustle and bustle of my day. You show beautifully how to welcome the blessings by appreciating the presence of nature that is taken for granted otherwise.

I so much appreciate what you are saying. We have just gone through a long period of dull gray skies and have finally been blessed by the golden sun. To go outdoors and relish the warmth of the sun, certainly a treasure.

They say sunshine is the best disinfectant.

It has made most of the water drinkable.

Why do most of the people still suck at life though?

Humans are mostly water... what's the problem here?

I can feel this write!
What is it about a still lake's shimmering bright that could wash away every doubt.
If this beautiful write can't do it, nothing will.
