The pain might not go away-

Not this time. 

I kind of want it to stay.

I want to feel

Something. 

The tears might not dry-

They won’t stop.

If only I could fly.

I want to go

Somewhere.

The sun might not shine-

It’s so dark.

I want you to be mine

Once again

Somehow.

My lips might not smile-

No more joy.

I want only you.
