A Poem by Chiquita

My heart’s  quickening
I love once again
Changes are manifesting
Hesitating, but a moment, I
Accept the new me that is being fashioned.
Echos of my death are fading.
Love, laughter, life are mine again.

Gratitude to the slayer of my death.  Thank you to the author of my rebirth.

Oh, what a jolt new love can be. A shock strong enough to bring your old heart back to life, back to the beauty of life. Rain..

A touching poem of love.

"Gratitude to the slayer of my death. Thank you to the author of my rebirth. " Such a beautiful line....when someone loves you, all is possible and rebirth seems plausible. I enjoyed this. Lydia

The ability to love and be loved is something shared by few.

The last line is stunning . . .
