somber

somber

A Poem by cheyenne summer garcia

12:46 AM 5/29/2018

i hear the radio in and out static fuzziness in hours of late

awoke to a feuding debate

end to all mankind!! the devil is laughing

always ready to claim his take

call it a deadline , the death day date

even god himself doesn't dare invade

hand written letters in our laminated fate

a end of unlucky dealt hands    of cards to play

the world runs on a fever heightened by hate
 thinking for a moment,truly can't relate
