You tell us you this magical score can weed out the bad borrowers, you brand them bad credit borrowers. 
Yet you keep rising your charges claiming the bad credit borrowers are the reason for the hike. But don't you have special loans for them called loans for bad credit?

And your friends needed saving,
Do we now consider you a bad borrower?
If so, why is it that your cost of borrowing has gone down instead of up?
And finally, will you now admit that your methods didn’t work and need refinement?
