It's cold

It's freezing cold

Every inch of my body feel so numb

My strength left me, I can no longer stand

I thought I was reaching for a flame

I thought you will answer when I call your name

I thought things will turn out better this time

I... I thought we will be fine

I kept my distance for you not to see the ugly me

All while I try to fix things and be truly ready

Then one day I dream again for the “us” that I've always imagined

Hoping with all my heart that this time, happiness may really happen

But when I reached for you, it wasn't fire that I felt

It wasn't a flame that before made my heart melt

And just like that, just when I am ready to runaway

I am again, left alone by somebody
