Dreams crushed

Were still best friends

Just not in the same way

Your not hear to let me protect u everyday

Your not hear to tell me everything's going to be okay

Best friends, you and I

I worry about you

You worry about me

Its just always been that way

If ever you need me

Just give me a call

I promise to be there no worries at all

I need to move on

This I know

The problem is you have been there for me through it all

I know that won't change

You have to big a heart

You care so much

That's why we just click

Neither of us likes to hurt one another

Neither of us wants this friendship to end

So let's be friends forever

Were not going to let anything get in our way

This is how I know were going to be okay

I wrote this after my first boyfriend dumped me not to long ago and It was just a way for me to get it all out and realize everything was going to be okay
