Or didn't you notice it ringing at all?

I try to get your attention.

But all I got was detention

 

I guess that is what I get for being invisible.

 

With a broken heart, I sat on my bed

I feel like I'm dead

I turned up my radio to make me smile.

But it was hard enough just to turn the dial.

 

I guess I should be blamed for

I should tried harder to open the doors

that God had set out for me.

 

Next time I'll try harder.

Maybe I'll be happier. 

Maybe I won't be so lonely no more.

 

I start feeling hope brewing inside of me.

I smiled for the first time in awhile

Tomorrow will be better.

I can just feel it.

Wow, i think it's a 2 minutes short song. isn't it... liked this song even i loved here your rhyming way. I'm still screaming your this song on/in my mind. I think you made this song when you were alone...feeling sad at home... isn't it & then you turned on your Radio and listened to music. isn't it...

This is a really nice poem! I love the transition from the sadness to that feeling of hope. It's so beautiful when we can find that ray of light in the middle of a tunnel of darkness.
