I've seen how much you've changed

To you this is all a big movie scene

You can't see the barrier built between you two

Because you don't know.

I know you're better than this dramatic display of dismay

She left without a word and now you're begging for her return

You say you care, you say you love her, and you say you're there

Do you know her favorite color?

Do you know that she stands crying in the rain feeling the pain you left her carrying?

Do you know how much she loved you?**

Tell her that you miss her

Before her heart stops beating for the love you thought you gave her

Wipe the makeup off of your soul

Climb the barrier built between the both of you

Pour out your unfiltered feelings for her

And dry her tears away
