Oh.. this is heart wrenching and desirous as well...
The image itself tells a sweet yet sad love story.. I am crazy for love stories and this has given me a number of ideas for my story... Thanks a lot for that....
Now coming to this poem, I liked those few lines which hide a long love story behind them... The 'stitched your name on my heart' part was very sweet...

Goodness... I am not sure if it is your beautiful words or the picture that had brought tears to my eyes, or perhaps an overwhelming mixture of them both... But this just tugs at the heart.
