Complicated Dim

Complicated Dim

A Poem by Count Humilus
"

"silence of me"

"

simple love

tall and thin

outspoken implosion of thoughts

dimples and left handed handshakes

simple minds

simple hearts

simple perception

listened to by her little brother

We peer in closer on what’s fair

Love tied to a weight

Floats and bobs

Sinking is temporary

We thrashed away thunderstorms of thoughts

We ripped the curtains to see a brick wall

Light coming in shines on a bare mattress

We stare at our world

Revolve around one another’s perceptions

Shaking hard enough to shake the leaves of our memories we take turns

Crying

Letting words out to cut a connection

Screaming assumptions at the wall

Braking for a lamp post

Shooting for the quietness

Regression and betrayel seeps out of her pores

Twice a month runs in runyon canyon filing away dreams

Gut and intution kindle her future

Flames and water are poured on passion

The color was a flash of love

An inhale of smoke in a bathtub

Smells of orchids and she burned so astongishly no one could help but only stand and watch
