needless necessity

needless necessity

A Poem by Count Humilus
"

silence of me

"

A scratched record

A mumble suffices

A thunderstorm lasting a whole album

Communication blurry and bland

Inspired by a blank wall

She makes the words break my heart

We leave.

Get away from getting away

Stars and clouds block our way back to the start

Foolish fiends

Needing a fix

Needing the passion to hit the blood stream

Keep the heart pumping

Like jealousy this is a false love

Have we lost what was so certain?

My tears are a step behind me

My heart has dropped

My mind makes the darkness shine bright with failure

 All next to me

Suspended by the drop

Mid air ,

Falling  into the familiar abyss
