A Poem by Count Humilus
"

the silence of me

"

I see this as a new wave

I see the one behind it

I see you just stopped by to say hi

I see you when you aren’t looking

I see you when you left me waiting

I see you more then you know

I see you in another girl I used to know

I see you in a song I never heard on the radio

I see the painting he made for you

I see the lies you feed them

I see the lies I dream of

I see us,

Back to back,

picking North, South, East, or West.

Ohh what beauty..
i see you in whatever i see
i see those good byes and hellos..i see you in my long wait of you
i see you in other faces..you come to me even in dreams
in songs i still have not heard..in shadows i always walked

to give thanks to the North and the South and the East and the West, to face each direction in its turn and communicate to the Creator that we are aware of our blessings

an odd review, sure, but your words took me there
