I am from me

I am from me

A Poem by Crae31

this is my where im from poem. it took me several hours

I am from Me

I am from me; from my heart and soul where I will never change.
I am from two homes; both warm and welcoming, where the sound of laughter fills the air.
I am from summer days with the sun beating down upon me; the fragrance
of fresh cut grass dancing upon the wind.
I am from a live tree every Christmas and blue eyes, from Grandpa Crupper
and Marcia Vanover.
I am from the stubborn and bright.
From my own pocket of love in my mom's heart and from all
the whys I asked.
I am from a Christian home, where I learned to love by watching.
I am from the state of horses, I know not my ancestry but that's okay with me; from my mom's hash brown casserole to bonbons at Christmas.
From my mom who is the preachers kid, and always there to lend a hand.
I am from my home where pictures have been taken, where smiles have been smiled, and where tears have shed.
