Nomads of Yggdrasil

Nomads of Yggdrasil

A Poem by Craig John Edwards
"

Based on the old religion of the Norsemen, Yggdrasil the tree of life.

"
As our body's roam the earth, empty minded.

Searching for a day that brings the light to the darkness.

We are guided by the stars as we venture forwards to the future.

Our ancestors guide our steps and watch our backs.

We leave behind our homes and the ghosts that follow.

We are nomads without a path and prophecy.

We are the masters of our own devices.

Travellers amongst the heavens, Settlers amongst the stars.

We will travel for Eternity to follow our hearts.

This is our curse, and our salvation.

We are the Nomads of Yggdrasil.

Craig John Edwards.
