Tied in Knots

Tied in Knots

A Poem by Invisible Ink
"

Don't know where this came from, a series of images tied to emotions

"
Previous Version
This is a previous version of Tied in Knots.

All of the lives that I've tried

were cheap,

All of the lies I told

tongue and cheek,

However I try to unfold it

I am a knot tied tight

and stuck in the stomach,

Laced up and around

those organs that beat

twisting so deep,

becoming impossible to hide

the face I created

waiting for time to come

waiting for that book to open

while the wind whipped through me

and blew right out of my mouth
