Erase

Erase

A Poem by Pyrrha Rayn

I wish the brain could learn....

To mute out the pain...

Of having your heart savagely twisted and ripped...

Out of your exposed chest.

In a room full of people...

I know I could scream...

A the top of my lungs....

And I'd never be more alone.

They throw words around...

That slice open my skin...

That slide into my veins...

And burrow deep within my heart.

I just want to be able to look in the mirror....

And see the girl you all see...

But all I see is this girl...

Who's to broken to even live.

I don't get attatched...

Because I can handle loosing people...

If I could get you to understand...

Would you still say the thigns you do?

I just wish that the world...

Would erase me from this thing...

This misrable exsistance...

I have to call my life.
