Clouds Haiku

Clouds Haiku

A Poem by Stonz P.

     in separation

i drink your tears when you weep

such is our journey

© 2017 Stonz P.

Author's Note

Stonz P.
Syllable count: 17
Syllable structure: 5-7-5

The clouds have their journey, we have ours. We must wonder do clouds drink our tears too? (when they evaporate -- or am I being too poetic here?)
Can be read L --> R and vice-versa.

P.S.: 'e-ar' is used as a diphthong, hence tears will be a 1 syllable word instead of 2.

I really like the explanation you gave...yes, you are being too poetic , but in a good way! I, too, have always wanted to write a poem that can be read from both left and right side...this one was quite interesting...

I've written more Haiku/Senryu that are readable either way. You can check them out too.
