Fake

Fake

A Poem by Cynthia

What if my life is just a waste of time? Just wasting time......

It seems I have no real friends, its just fake. Fake smile ; fake laugh; fake secrets; fake handshakes......

There is nothing I can tell them, they just laugh and bully me, and with no encouraging. I don't mean they should play fair, but I don't want to be hurt ever again, not even once.

Author's Note

Cynthia
its not as poetic as I think it'll be, cause its nothing I can explain, and I am feeling so hurt whenever I look back, and I just wanna to cry so much!
I don't know should I write more so you really know whats going on, but just... whatever.

"Poems are the friends we make them, expressing in words a thought, of happiness, sadness, caring, experience dearly bought."

It is indeed hard to believe, but many great poets were once utterly alone and disgraced by people around them. EA Poe lost his parents at an early age, and his step-father was cruel to him. PB Shelley was bullied during his college days. And there are even more. Just remember that you don't desperately need HUMAN friends. Keep writing.

a sad write - just pure emotion! people are fake, it takes a while to find the real ones, but when you do you'll know!! I say ditch these friends and keep looking!!

Agreed, everyone uses the others.. This anyhow, never infers that everyone is fake..!!!
