How To ROFL In Real Life!!

Hello, My name is Dr.Charles Gagermashy and I am a profesional ROLFer. ROLFing is becoming a more important subject in todays society than it used to be and may become more important than LOLing and OMGs. ROLFing is a difficult art to master, but with a few easy steps, you to can be an amazing ROLFer!

 

1. Step to ROLFing is your spirit, you MUST focus on the funny. This may be the most important step of any of them, you need to laugh now after your laugh becomes stronger than the roar of thunder then you NEED to hold your stomach.

 

2. After you have completed this step fall on the floor and slowly rock back and forth, still clenching your stomach. Once you have completed this you must rock faster and farther.

 

3. Then you must roll in a complete 360 degree circle and then pee your pant. If you dont pee your pants I will hunt you down and make you pee. So pee. NOW!
