I think of thee when I am sad

And when I cannot cry I think of thee

When I am alone I think of when

You tell me that you love me

 

I shall not ask for a better companion

For who is there to ask?

God has left me to myself

But I will always have you

 

No matter what I do

And no matter how I do it

You will let me know

And help me to get through it

 

I once believed that no one cared

But now I know it isn’t true

You’re the one who truly cares

No matter what, no matter where

 

I love you always until the end

Forever may you be my friend

And if someday we truly part

 Know you always have my heart
