Honey

Honey

A Poem by Suavis_Umbra
"

This one to me seemed like a jumble of abstract emotions resided somewhere in the containers of my other-self.

"
My dear ,
I write to you here and now,
that although we shall not meet,
I will make you my solemn vow.
a leaf will dance,
a ray will shine.
tommorow may possibly not be mine.
A fruit as sweet inside my heart will be lit.
with glowing honey and only one crime.
to live in agony all the time.

I like the places and thoughts you took me in this poem.
"I will make you my solemn vow.
a leaf will dance,
a ray will shine.
tommorow may possibly not be mine."
The statements in the poem were strong and beautiful. I read again for the beauty of the words. Thank you for sharing the excellent poem.
