Rainbow

It was raining today and a rainbow appeared afterwards.

Beautifully streaming across the sky

Hues ranging from vibrant red

To deep, intriguing indigo

 

After the rain, the sun appears

Casting a mysterious mist

And there it sits, in the sky, a rainbow

 

Through a prism on my windowsill

The sun hits it just right

And there it sits, on my wall, a rainbow

 

It catches my eye and I admire it

From afar

The rainbow
