When a promise is spoken, it is not meant to ever be broken.

No matter what lies ahead,

I promise to be there for you.

 

No matter what was in the past,

I promise to help you forget.

 

No matter what the future holds,

I promise to always love you.

 

You said no matter what lies ahead,

You’d be there for me.

 

You said no matter what went wrong in my past,

You’d be there to help me forget.

 

You said no matter what the future holds,

You’d always love me.

 

Now how come I kept my promises?

But you BROKE every one of yours…
