Return

Return

A Poem by David Kwaku

I have gain knowledge of the intellect but it's all just transient.

Searching...

So I may be conscious of my existence.

I feel the motion of my vessel,

My alien covering animated by my spirit.

The plexus of pain from the core that radiates an urge to return home.

My spirit in balance with the law of gravity

Good deeds feathers my soul.

The evil deeds that I reap, is a string attached to my spirit pulling me below.

So many problems of my intellectual brain ramified.

Some crafted into my actions, and diverted into my character.

I seek a value greater than that which I recieve on earth,

I am destine for more.

Eagerness for peace, riches that are clean.

I must return home, a place above my earthly being.
