Lady In The Cloud

When you hear the roar of thunder

It is just her heart beating rapidly

When a streak of lightening follows

Is her way of letting her emotions free

Enough to be relevant.

If it rains don’t run for cover

Or you’ll miss out on how good it feels

When she let’s go of her worldly pain.

When you witness all three of these things

Happening in the same space and time

You are in the midst of a miracle

To beautiful to comprehend.

I'm a huge fan of the rain. There's something poetic about it. This is the most life breathed into a storm than I ever read. It's soulful. To give this fine lady a heartbeat is to give her something to have it race for. Wonderful. Great read.

Mother Nature is a woman, both loved and scorned...and perhaps the rain, the sunshine, the heat, the cold these are all reactions from her responding to our transgressions towards her, but also our kindness towards her.
