Witch's Brew (No Thank You)

So which brew should I choose?

One that brings wealth,

One that brings fame,

Or one that brings power?

 

Do I want the one

That makes me fly high,

One that gives me more speed,

Or one that lets me move about unseen?

 

Should I drink the one

That makes me a scholar,

A model or an athlete?

 

So many choices,

They all look so good,

But none that I see

Quenching a thirst deep inside.

Now I realize my thirst always subsides

By just being me

Standing in the rain

That God gives me.
