be my pedastel; raise me up
when i cannot stand on my own

be my anchor; weigh me down
when i float away from home

be my open window; set me free
when my strength and courage cease

but most of all; please just Be
for in you, i find my peace

I found the first, second and fourth stanzas scribbled on a scrap of paper on my desk and have no memory of writing them, but I kind of liked it, and I hope you do, too. Comments&critique always welcome.

this is great. it's so simple, but has so much meaning and emotion behind it. it paints a picture of two people who just lean on each other whenever they need to, but it says it so much nicer and cleaner than that. awesome job.
