Damned sun

Damned sun

A Poem by dadist poetic
"

I made a sketch with oil pastel..and wrote this poem inspired by it

"

Golden strands of flame

extending their long arms

in a perfect round frame

embracing the damned sun

Their eyes lost their sparkle

empty looking holes

absorbing the darkness of space

which sneaks through their voids

till it reaches the ankle

The slit  cords of their throats

harps of the dawn

roar in agony

weeping in melancholic harmony

their damned sun
