Apple fritters of enormous size
Vanilla cupcakes oh so sweet
Cinnamon scones can't be beat
English breakfast marmalade
Donut holes freshly made
Giant piece of carrot cake
Layered icing freshly baked
Chocolate Covered fantasy
Like a flavor symphony
Snicker bar lover dream
Gooey caramel milky cream
Sticky fingers melting smores
Oh my god just give me more
Low carb diets ain't no fun
Gimme a donut before I hurt someone

Ha! That Author's Note really brought this home, Baby...too funny. Well, I don't have a sweet tooth at all, but I understand the whole low-carb diet lament. Every time I try one of those I start craving potatoes and bread...and I don't much care for either...it's very psychological, wanting what we cannot have. Ain't it?

I can relate to this so well. You just listed many of the things I no longer have... but so enjoyed once upon a non diabetic time. Low carbs is a good thing in my life... but it does get boring.
