THE GREAT WC FLAME WAR

Inspired by recent events

The Great Flame war on the WC
Lines that shouldn't have crossed
A battle of words and expletives
When all our sanity was lost

There was a s**t storm brewing
In another poets bivouac
Slamming poet Tate Morgan
and hitting me with an attack

Sniping bickering and backbiting
Bitchy remarks were said
So I got myself liquored up
and fired a f*****g warhead

A new low below the belt
Even for me I think
Whenever I'm at my keyboard
I really just shouldn't drink

Feathers flying barns burning
People fanning flames
Pm's going every which way
The WC went insane

By the morning a mob had formed
looking to lynch a vet
My big mouth had struck again
Another faux pas  to regret

Tagging reviews all over my page
Ricochets a violent beast
The Authorities need to neuter him
and keep him on a leash

Misogynist criminal homophobe
Cyber bully Redneck
Wife beating rapist monstrosity
Inbred Cletus wreck

The nasty pm's came my way
The blocking had commenced
A hate campaign was in gear
from those I had incensed

I'm not playing the victim
It was a stupid thing I did
I came upon a hornets nest
and kicked the crap out of it

I got what I was asking for
So it's no big surprise
The only option I could play
Was eat some humble pie

When you screw up that badly
you have to apologize
You can act like a royal a*****e
and still be a standup guy

It was a really ugly thing I said
to someone who couldn't tell
My comments weren't serious
but scarier than hell

So your forgiveness I'll accept
with gratitude and grace
But don't forget this incident
and lets keep this a safe place

We had to start a profile because you have blocked all of jkhatz's supporters. Your apology is nice but if only your friends can see it, what is the point? I read the review jkhatz left Tate Morgan. She critiqued it and offered advice. She did not blast him. Everyone knows when someone is critical of Tate Morgan he blocks you. This was one of her biggest complaints with this site. No real critiquing going on just people facebooking. She said you were a misogynist because you said women can not raise good men.
You responded with your horrible rant, confirming her charge.
You made light of it. Calling yourself a villain. After that you said it was alcohol.
I do think you understand the gravity of such words and I'm sure she would appreciate but she didn't block you. You blocked her.
More importantly, jkhatz was one of the better writers here. She cared about the work she added. We've lost someone who brightened up this place.
Your apology is good but if only for your supporters what is the point? There is no merit. If you had been a man and reached out to her and apologized I would have more respect for you. It's not your friends you owe it to. She's gone though. you missed your opportunity to be a real stand up guy.

THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS IS IN NO WAY EXCUSING OR JUSTIFYING MY COMMENTS TO JKHANZ. Jkhanz had posted rants aimed at stirring up mud on the WC naming Tate Morgan and myself specifically. Jkhanz did have me blocked (and rightfully so) and I did try to communicate with her through a third party. I was told she was not open to reason at that particular time. I even went so far as to create an alternate profile as you have done to communicate with me but owing to my real world obligations by the time I could get in front of a computer to create said profile jkhanz had closed her account. (Much of my posting is done on a phone. I'm not smart phone savvy enough to create an alternate account on the WC with mine) Before she closed her account I was told by a party who is friends with both her and I that jkhanz said that "she'd not had this much fun on line in years." This revelation came as a relief to me as I thought I had terrorized the poor girl. My apology in the Dirty Sanchez post was for the WC as a community. Jkdanz wasn't the only community member hurt by my comments so I had to cover everyone. I am sorry I was unable to communicate with Jkdanz personally and I thank you for taking the time and effort to communicate with me on this mannor. Thank you: Baby Ricochet

Tons of people got involved when I posted my side of the correspondent that we had during the spat and the great almighty Paget and Tate and the elderly folks blocked me for posting what I said.
