Alex

Alex

A Poem by London
"

A rainy girl, on a sunny day.

"
Blocked in, I stand asleep
Eyes opened, The mystery
A girl I knew, You knew her too
But Now she's gone, Replaced with you
Those black jeans, The hairdo
Cut stone and rough, When she was smooth
The world can do some things to you,
But not like this, No, Not like YOU
Alex, Alex, Where'd you run off to
Alex, Alex, I know someone who misses you
Alex, Alex, Where'd you run off to
Alex, Alex, I know someone who misses you
A nice kid, She loved pink
Cut off her hair, Dyed black as ink
A girl I knew, You knew her too,
But now she's gone, Replaced by You
Remember when, We're ten years old,
Those summer days, Turned you you ice cold
A girl I knew, You knew her too,
But now she's gone, Think I am too
Alex, Alex, Where'd you run off to
Alex, Alex, I know someone who misses you
Alex, Alex, Where'd you run off to
Alex, Alex, I know someone who misses you
