CONVERSATION

 

My soul asks me “Why do you think?”

I answer, “It’s the road to the other side”

My soul asks me “Why do you feel?”

I say “It lifts me up”

I ask my soul “Where do you live?”

It says “Closer than you think”

I ask my soul “Where are you taking me?”

It says “To the place where you want to be”

I hear the songs from distant earth

I hear you say the words

The words………….of love, of mirth, of pain.

What will it take to alleviate the sufferings?

My soul and I sing in unison

Come together………that is destiny.
