The Peace In Me

A Poem by Andrew

Fun with homophones, bored in class.

The peace in me
is a piece of me
that many people hardly see.

A knight of sorts
as night draws near
it is myself I've learned to fear.

For many years down this road
I've rode, only to rest
in the nowhere it goes.

This daze has drawn on
for innumerable days
I need to find
a way to escape.

Andrew
Let me know what you think! I was bored in English class and decided to play with homophones a little bit. I plan on writing something else with this technique later on.
