think about you

think about you

A Poem by dokash hlebelo
"

a man missing his mother whom he hadnt seen since from the beggining of the year, after going to university

"

I think about you

Though it’s difficult to trust it now,

I know it’s hard to let your ears swallow it now,

Just because it’s believed to be unbelievable now,

But I still think about you even at this time.

Within every blink of an eye,

With every drop of your unforeseen sweat,

Thoughts racing down on my cerebrum,

With Every try to resemble every time,

I can’t stop it, I still can’t help it,

Though tears seems like useless salty water,

Calls be seen as a waste of airtime,

But deep down I feel trapped in you.

With your sweet voice creeping me out of my own shell of thoughts,

Releasing stress free like a bared man released from his cell,

Giving me freedom of life and love

With your smile keeping me alive and brave to face nightmares,

Your shiny eyes enlighten my dark world, this dark world.

Your face being my reflection,

Making me wish to face the mirror pic of yours very night,

Your soft, small but handy hands comforting enough feeding me hope from this hopeless world

I still think about you MA ROSE BUSSIE HLEBELO

I like this writing so much! I relate to this poem a lot because sometimes, even if we try our hardest to keep our grades up and work all day and night, we can't help but to think about home when we're stressed and/or before going to bed.

Please keep on writing, you're amazing!
