Zephyr

Zephyr

A Poem by df

Everything about you flowed.

Your hair in the wind
Your words through your lips
Your dress in my dreams
Your steps in front of me

You became the waves in the oceans
and the fauna in the morning glade
You became rustling leaves
and the currents in the seas

And then in an instant
my life began to flow
like the tears I never wish to see
swim down your face

Everything about you flowed.

This was sweet in a way, like candy, but then it's gone before you know it. I liked it a lot! The poem itself flows, as does the emotions. very nice, very nice.
