Obliviate

It's a spell from Harry Potter. It would be really handy if I can use that.

"Obliviate!" as easy as that.
To be able to forget all the pain,
to repress all the emotions,
and be able to move on without hurting anyone.

It's trite.
Everyone wants to use it with reasons not disclosed.
It would be easier to let go and let live.
Walk the face of the earth without Cain's scar.

But we can't use it.
We simply don't have that power to erase memories, either our own or of others.
The pain will always be there.
Forgiveness would be difficult but never impossible.

Happiness is our choice.
We don't need to be oblivious.
We only need to accept the consequences and live without regret.
Let go, let live, and be happy.

Author's Note

Been through Hell for the past two weeks. WE can only hope it gets better. I want it to be better, I just don't know how.

I cried past this poem though I'm not sure if this is a poem or whatever. No form. Nothing. Just a write.

This is not too poetic really but it says a lot, lot of people out there been wanting to change their part, to erase memories and leave a new clean life, its just a pity that such spell is hard to find. Thanks 4 sharing this.
