Ode to Monday

Just a quick poem for a dark Monday morning

I think that I shall never see,

A Monday morn that pleases me,

indeed unless this situation,

that Monday falls upon vacation,

Unless that happens, I will go,

off to work (and driving slow),

my thoughts and dreams now will stay,

upon the hope of fair Friday,

How I wish there are only 3 days in a week - Friday, Saturday and Sunday. But no work means no income. LOL. So we need Mondays, Tuesdays, and other weekdays in our lives.
