A Song of Doubt

A Song of Doubt

There was not a large explosion,

It was more a long corrosion,

Like a Hamster running round

In a wheel, yet always bound,

Flimsy hopes of something great,

Ransom note that came too late,

Kidnapper who chickened out,

Confident but lost in doubt,

Harvest of the barren ground,

There is nothing to be found,

Turquoise sky in dying light,

Stars that flicker signal night,

Available to the few,

Holy enough to follow through,

Crabs that scurry with the tide,

Doubt consumes from deep inside

Wow this is incredible. I enjoyed reading this so much because it just flowed effortlessly from one word to the next. You have used the words so well and they fit perfectly.

Thank you, you are most kind.
You are very good at finding verse & rhyme for each given word. I am, yet again, awed by the talent.
You've got the knack and the vision to back it up. Very well done! Kudos.
