Wake Up

Wake Up

A Story by Faith Williamson
"

Her life just felt like one big, horrible nightmare that would never end.

"
This man had been following her all day, trying to convince her that she's been in a coma for 20 years, and everything that had happened was just a construct of her mind.
It was just a prank to him. He was trying to get her to stop denying it; at least once.
Finally, he got fed up. She obviously wasn't having it.
So he asked her:
"How did you know I was lying?"
To which she smiled sadly and answered, "Because I wish you were telling the truth."

About
I have only one book that I feel like is going anywhere and might turn into a series. I write short stories when I have writer's block until my mind starts working again. more..
