Blossom

Blossom

A Poem by Elizabeth Peters
"

A very short piece that I wrote after about 6/7 months of writers block earlier this year. Not the best of my work but it was the piece that got me back on my feet with my writing so I want to share.

"
Could I be the blossom tree
Or the daisy, or sunflower.
To lie in that light,
To see the eyes devour.

Or could I be the dying weed
Beneath those feet,
Reluctantly.

Could I be-
What could I be?
We'll have to wait and see.
