I Meant to Say..

I know why it is

How it is. 

You get bored

Or are just really not happy

With life.

Well maybe not life itself

Just your life.

That's what I meant to say.

Maybe your grades are sinking

Like the next Titanic. Or

You have no love life.

Or no life at all.

Maybe all your dreams

Are just that- dreams.

Never growing into a reality.

Maybe you think you're 

The only one

Who thinks.

Well, thinks these thoughts.

That's what I meant.

Maybe your friends don't care

About you.

Or atleast you think they don't.

Maybe work stresses you out 

Cause

You suck.

Maybe you just think way too much.

Or think the wrong thoughts.

That's what I meant.

Seems like that's always what 

It goes back to- life and your thoughts-

And dreams that don't

Become real.

That's what I meant.

WOW!!! I so needed to read this tonight! Your words, this whole piece made me suck in my breath.. Sometimes we get lost in ourselves and become so lost we think others can't see us.. Or we just have no sight to see anything but what we want to see?
