'think: maybe misunderstanding comes in erratic waves of misconception

no matter the lessening power of arms, no matter agility or frustrated fingers

we inch 'cross space to touch with smile or sigh -
asking for willing acceptance -

or, perhaps offered happily; time stolen because -
it tilts free as the wind.. an'

when truth whispers: ' Remember, we are - or should
be..  humans being human.'

I do agree dear Emma.
(when truth whispers: ' Remember, we are - or should
be.. humans being human.)
The above words are needed. We need to be human. I liked the people of Germany left baby items for the Ukraine people escaping war by the train station. I hope and I pray. We learn. Every life had value. Thank you dear friend for sharing the amazing and needed words.

And when all else dissolves, truth arrives unshaken, whispering softly— reminding, always, that we are human first. This is sublime! 🕊️🙏🏻

EmmaJoy,
What a muddy existence we humans have chosen for ourselves. on one hand I doubt there is any other species who have as much fun sharing food and comfortable times and everyone in agreement, on the other, we always have to find someone to bully Except in sport, and by extension during war... because we always find a way...
and all the while, every day is one less day,cno matter the lessening power of arms, no matter agility or frustrated fingers... " and they come and go so fast "we inch 'cross space to touch with smile or sigh -

Beautifully written, with such little words..

Your poem emphasizes the vulnerability and shared humanity that define our relationships, regardless of our individual strengths or weaknesses.

The use of phrases such as "tilts free as the wind" conveys a sense of freedom and transience. And this poem has a nice yet natural flow of words.

Thank u for sharing Emma.
