Baffled

Like the sun without a sunset

Is a dame in labyrinth

Falling upon with regret

To a space without width

 

Thy forebode is to love

But hard to consent

A kiss from a dove

Is a tear of lament

 

The way

Is to think

The sway

To the link

 

Thy promise is to care

Yet so arduous

Then love is unfair

If I will not choose

 

Thy love is a battle

Of roses and words

 Contending in a puzzle

Walled with swords

 

If my heart could cease

The vaguest affair

If the dove is fair

Then I would release

 

If it isn't of thy love

I care

To release the dove

And affair

Hello kabayan!!sorry if I'm counting my poems..its just that I'm targeting 100 poems so I can start publishing the whole thing..pangarap nako magka libro jud..a publisher from WC invited me to publish my poems..but I'm still waiting for the terms and conditions.. :) thanks for the review kabayan..this poem isn't based on my experience..this is for a friend of mine :)
