education

Knowledge is light

Ignorance is darkness

Education confers knowledge

And knowledge is power

Education is the greatest legacy

Any worthwhile generation can

Bequeath to its posterity

Seek first then the kingdom of education

Axe down first the timber of illiteracy

Wage then first the war against ignorance,

And all others shall be added

To plan for a season: plant maize

To plan for a decade: plant trees

To plan for life: train and educate youths.
